Schedule: 100% Onsite | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (Flexible 8:00 AM Start)
Compensation: $28/hour (6-Month Contract-to-Hire)
Conversion Salary after 6 months: Approximately $60,000 annually, plus bonus potential
Position Overview
This is a full-cycle sales role that combines business development, account management, and customer relationship building. You'll be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and representing the company at customer meetings and industry trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and territory development
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and account growth
Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with decision makers
Develop and execute strategies to expand market penetration within targeted industries
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and projects
Track customer activity, opportunities, and pipelines within CRM systems
Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
Support marketing initiatives and promotional efforts
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness

QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
BS degree w/ sales internship experience will be considered
Sales, business development, customer service, or account management experience
Experience using CRM systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Marketing or digital marketing experience
Technical or industrial sales experience
Experience with SAP, Smartsheet, Shopify, or similar platforms
Manufacturing, industrial, packaging, or product-based industry exposure
Travel Requirements
Travel approximately 6-8 times per year
Attend trade shows and customer meetings throughout North America

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
