What You\'ll Handle As a part-time Customer Service Representative in our Eagle River branch, you\'ll help customers with everyday banking needs and keep things running smoothly at the front line. You\'re here to make visits easy, accurate, and welcoming. Key responsibilities include: - Greeting customers and assisting with routine teller transactions and account requests - Handling cash with strong attention to detail and balancing work accurately - Spotting opportunities to connect customers with the right products/services - Using bank systems to complete work efficiently while juggling multiple requests Required qualifications/skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Customer service, cash handling and/or sales experience (a plus) - Solid computer skills and clear, friendly communication - Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting If you like helping people and take pride in getting the details right, apply today. Most weekdays fall between 8:30 AM5 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9 AM12 PM-just enough weekend time to keep life balanced. You\'ll wrap up by ensuring everything is in order so the next day starts on a strong note.
