Hydraulic Assembly & Repair Technician

Entry-Level Mechanical Position | Paid Training | 1st, and 2nd shift - Will pay up $30/hr.

This is an excellent opportunity for trade school graduates, automotive technicians, maintenance workers, assemblers, mechanics, and individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Assemble hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components using detailed work instructions.

Repair and rebuild hydraulic assemblies and related equipment.

Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and repair tasks.

Verify parts and materials against work orders and bills of materials.

Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.

Test products to ensure proper operation and performance.

Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Experience using hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment.

Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.

Strong attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and positive attitude.

Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus, but not required:

Automotive repair

Diesel mechanic work

Equipment maintenance

Manufacturing or assembly

Agricultural equipment

HVAC

Machinery repair

Mechanical hobbies or personal projects

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Prior Lake, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
