Our client, a healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a Specialist Customer Service to join their team. As a Specialist Customer Service, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Heart Failure Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Specialist Customer Service

Location: Livermore, CA

Pay Range: $25 to $27/ hr on w2

What's the Job?

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment.

Assist customers with demographic, member plan, and physician changes, as well as collecting results and creating supply orders.

Provide customer support by addressing concerns, explaining policies, and managing escalations and complaints.

Support testing procedures, product overviews, and basic technology instructions for customers.

Promote and assist customers with the use of digital platforms to enhance their experience.

What's Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.

Proficiency in navigating multiple websites, platforms, and Microsoft Office programs.

Flexibility to work within changing priorities and schedules, including training hours and occasional fill-ins.
