About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the District Branch Network in the Bay Area, helping drive operational efficiency and day-to-day business execution. In this role, you will:

Support moderately complex administrative tasks

Assist in routine timecard approval, workforce planning activities, tracking of deliverables, and reports preparation

Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks

Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process

Provide support in expense accounts

Assist with open requisitions, scheduling interviews and follow up items related to hiring

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working in the financial services industry

Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments

Experience working with project management

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Ability to answer and manage multiple phone lines

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Job Expectations:

This position will cover the following Districts: Concord, CA and San Leandro, CA

Relocation assistance is not available for this position

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $30.77 - $45.67
