Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description
This role involves performing a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and shipping. You will handle materials such as tubes and plastic pipe, operate a sit-down forklift, and use an ERP system to ensure accurate data entry and order processing. The position requires consistent attention to detail, safe material handling, and collaboration with a small, close-knit warehouse team.
Responsibilities
Lift tubes and pull them from the receiving area in a safe and efficient manner.
Check quantities against documentation and verify serial numbers to ensure order accuracy.
Print tickets and pull parts and pieces from bins, staging them correctly for shipping.
Perform regular inventory counts to validate stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Enter data accurately into the P21 ERP system to maintain up-to-date inventory and order records.
Assist the team with plastic pipe cutting and feed pipe through the cutter as needed.
Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials and products.
Support the processing of approximately 50 shipments per day, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Follow established warehouse procedures for packing, picking, packaging, material handling, and shipping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow all safety guidelines.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
Experience with packing, picking, packaging, material handling, and shipping activities.
Ability to operate or learn to operate a sit-down forklift safely.
Strong attention to detail when checking quantities, serial numbers, and inventory records.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Basic data entry skills and ability to work with an ERP system such as P21.
Reliability and consistency in following established processes and procedures.

Work Environment
This is a first-shift position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with no overtime expected during the contract period. You will work in a warehouse environment handling tubes, plastic pipe, and other materials, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and operating a sit-down forklift. The team processes around 50 shipments per day, creating a steady but manageable workload. You will use the P21 ERP system and standard warehouse equipment, and you will work closely with a small team of approximately 10 people in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
