Job Description

As a Corporate Trust Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping ensure bondholders receive timely principal and interest payments while supporting the administration of corporate trust accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in banking, finance, accounting, or operations

What You'll Do

Process incoming and outgoing funds for corporate trust accounts.

Support wire transfers and debt service payment activities.

Reconcile accounts and balances to ensure accuracy.

Monitor accounts and identify potential overdrafts.

Review trust documentation and verify authorized signers.

Confirm funds are distributed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

Support investment-related account activity.

Partner with relationship managers and internal business partners to resolve account-related questions.

Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience

Less than two years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Banking, accounting, finance, or business-related experience.

Wire processing or payment operations experience.

Experience working with financial data or reconciliations

Experience in using Microsoft Excel

Successful analysts learn their assigned accounts, understand key policies and procedures, process transactions accurately and timely, support their teammates, and gradually take ownership of increasingly complex account responsibilities

This role requires working from a U.S Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
