Job Duties:This position reports to the Ellis Bus Repair Facility on a daily basis. Duties include: the overseeing work of inmates on assigned tasks, ensuring quality and quantity control of finished products, the maintenance of machinery and equipment, job safety training of inmates, maintaining security of tools machinery and equipment, preparing reports and other related documentsYou'd be a GOOD fit if:You have one-year full-time experience in automotive repair or two years full-time experience in any production or manufacturing operation.You have correctional or law enforcement experience.You'd be a GREAT fit if:You have knowledge of methods and procedures along with problem solving techniques used in automotive repair.You have experience with quality control standards in relation to production and understanding workflow procedures in a manufacturing environment.You have great communication skills and are able to communicate your ideas, and instructions clearly to staff, administration, and workers within the facility.
