Part-Time Shift(s): Sunday-Thursday 8pm-1am or 1am-6am

OVERVIEW:

Working as Part-Time Traffic, you will be responsible for working on and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the Transportation department, and directly report to the Transportation Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Monitoring the effective and efficient daily operations of the department

o Maintaining files, documents, paperwork and entering miscellaneous data

o Answering phones and responding to emails

o Managing budgets and performance metrics

o Focusing on continuous improvement in all responsibilities

o Communicating both internally and externally on behalf of the department to achieve business objectives

o Assisting the Traffic Manager when necessary

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements

o Excellent written and oral communication skills

o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail

o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented

o Possess a strong aptitude and passion for leadership, employee development, operations management, and logistics management

o Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs

o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o Possess or are currently in progress of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License
