Shift Supervisor

CVS Pharmacy is seeking motivated and customer-focused Shift Supervisors to join our team. The Shift Supervisor plays an important leadership role in supporting daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, and helping colleagues succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager and Operations Manager with daily store operations.

Lead and support colleagues during assigned shifts.

Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

Coach and assist colleagues with daily tasks and customer service expectations.

Delegate workload and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Support inventory activities, including receiving deliveries and stocking merchandise.

Assist with merchandising, promotional execution, and maintaining store standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues appropriately.

Complete opening and closing responsibilities and follow company policies and procedures.

Serve as a leader on duty and provide direction to the team when other leaders are not present.

Qualifications:

Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to motivate and support a team.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions.

Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise.
