CVS Pharmacy is seeking motivated and customer-focused Operations Managers to join our team in the Grand Rapids area. As an operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting daily store operations, developing colleagues, and delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and achieving business goals.

Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

Lead, coach, and develop store colleagues to build a strong and engaged team.

Assist with scheduling, workload planning, and delegation of daily tasks.

Support inventory management, including receiving deliveries, stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, safe, and compliant with company policies and procedures.

Assist with merchandising, promotional execution, and maintaining store standards.

Monitor store performance and help identify opportunities to improve sales, customer service, and operational results.

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Serve as a leader on duty and provide directions to the team when the Store Manager is not present.

Qualifications:

Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions.

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to perform physical activities including standing for extended periods, lifting, and moving merchandise.
