Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join a growing team. This role is responsible for supporting clients, business partners, and customers by providing timely updates, resolving documentation-related issues, and ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and other channels.

Provide status updates and respond to inquiries regarding client accounts and documentation.

Research and resolve account discrepancies and documentation issues.

Process and review incoming electronic and physical documents for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain accurate records and update account information within internal systems.

Schedule and perform follow-up activities to ensure timely account resolution.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to obtain required information and documentation.

Review and submit account approvals in accordance with established procedures.

Deliver a high level of customer service while managing a high-volume workload.

Requirements

100% onsite; M-F 9am to 6pm

2+ years of customer service, client support, account coordination, or administrative experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized business systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience handling documentation, compliance-related processes, or account management is a plus.
