Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a position based in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who can manage a busy front office environment, respond professionally to customer needs, and keep administrative tasks organized and accurate. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a construction-focused team while handling communications, documentation, and scheduling with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming phone calls and greet customers professionally, ensuring inquiries are directed and resolved efficiently.

Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems to support smooth day-to-day office operations.

Enter, update, and verify information in internal records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with general administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, and routine office coordination.

Respond to customer questions in a courteous and timely manner while maintaining strong service standards in a high-volume setting.

Support office workflows by identifying priorities, following through on tasks, and taking initiative when issues arise.

Coordinate administrative activities within a construction-related environment, helping keep projects and service requests properly documented.

Use office software such as Microsoft Word to prepare reports, forms, and other business documents.

Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role is required.

Construction industry experience is required.

Ability to handle a large volume of inbound calls and customer interactions with professionalism.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on organization and accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and general office systems.

Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with plumbing-related services is helpful, and willingness to learn quickly is important.
