As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Customer Assistance in Pittsburgh, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while documenting observations and responding to routine needs. Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Day Time

Mon06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Tue06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Wed06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Fri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with the protection of personnel, property, and sensitive business areas.

Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
