Brand & Content Marketing Coordinator PMOUNTJP00001749 Hourly pay: $35/hr Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Burbank, CA 91502 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment (With possibility of extension) A leading digital streaming network seeks a Brand & Content Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of brand and content marketing initiatives, helping bring integrated brand and content campaigns to life through campaign planning, cross-functional coordination, creative development, and operational execution. Brand & Content Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: Support the execution of brand campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and tentpole marketing programs, assisting marketing leads with campaign planning, timelines, approvals, and deliverables across brand and content workstreams. Coordinate the trafficking and distribution of creative assets, campaign materials, and marketing updates across internal teams and agency partners, and maintain campaign calendars, workbacks, trackers, and status documents. Partner with teams across Creative, Content/Programming, Media, Social, PR, Consumer Insights, Partnerships, and Production, including scheduling meetings, capturing meeting notes, and tracking follow-ups across stakeholder groups. Maintain key campaign documents, calendars, trackers, presentations, and status reports, organize shared marketing resources and project documentation, and assist in developing presentations, planning documents, and campaign recaps. Conduct competitive research, industry analysis, and trend monitoring to inform marketing strategies, and assist in gathering campaign performance data and supporting post-campaign analyses and recaps. Brand & Content Marketing Coordinator Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or a related field, including internships and coordinator-level experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets. Experience creating well organized and visually appealing presentations for an executive-level audience Experience supporting brand or content marketing campaigns, ideally with media execution exposure, is preferred. Experience within entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brands is preferred. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, and openness to incorporating them into workflows is preferred. Interest in the FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) space is preferred. Shift: * Approximately 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. (H)
