iGaming Manager
SCOPE OF POSITION:
Responsible for oversight and leadership regarding online gaming content and promotions, for both online casino and sportsbook. This includes; managing the addition and cultivation of games providers, quality games, designing engaging player-facing promotions, and leading the evolution of the FireKeepers online gaming CRM strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices.
Oversee iGaming Content sub-department, responsible for management of all iGaming staff dedicated to content management and promotions. This includes posting vacancies, hiring, daily operational management, progressive discipline, and conducting scheduled reviews.
Partner with iGaming Manager, Marketing Database, Advertising, Promotions, and Player Development teams to form cohesive marketing strategy, unifying player experience across retail and digital gaming offerings.
Responsible for planning and development of a monthly calendar of iGaming promotional offerings, overseeing creation of accurate bonuses, issuing of rewards, and distribution of all associated promotional documentation.
Analyze Customer Relationship Management campaigns, adjusting as necessary to ensure campaigns are efficient and effective at driving user engagement and operational KPIs.
Cultivate and actively monitor engaging library of online slot and table games for iCasino product. This includes enabling and launching new games, altering game placement to drive player engagement, and disabling games when required by partners or regulatory concerns.
Function as product owner and subject matter expert for entire suite of marketing/CRM tools leveraged by iGaming department.
Confirm proper UAT is completed on all versions of mobile apps prior to release.
Serve as primary contact and information resource for player-facing support staff, including but not limited to contracted Customer Service.
Oversees the position of iGaming Specialist ensuring proper training, reports and tasks are completed.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors and key industry contacts.
Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
An applicant's education, training and experience must be sufficient to demonstrate that the applicant possesses the ability to successfully perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are generally representative of the education, experience, and skills and/or abilities required to enable one to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities:
Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is required.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with five to seven years of casino marketing experience. Established history of continued education and/or skill development. Capacity to quickly learn rapidly changing software suite. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be at least 21 years of age.
GENERAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with ten years of casino digital marketing experience. Established proficiencies in three or more aspects of casino marketing operations. One to three years of experience operating marketing technology suite for online gaming platform. WEEA Certified.
