We're partnering with client in the area who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, inventory is verified, shipments are coordinated, and customers receive exceptional support throughout the order lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

Process and enter customer orders with a high degree of accuracy

Review purchase orders and verify quantities, pricing, serial numbers, and product information

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Provide customers with order status updates, shipment tracking information, and inventory availability

Assist with freight claims and resolve shipment discrepancies

Monitor and maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records

Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone and email

Support the overall customer experience by proactively identifying and resolving order-related issues

Identify and resolve order-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

What You Bring:

1-3 years of experience in order entry and processing, customer support, logistics coordination, sales support, supply chain support, operations support, account management, or other relevant work experience required

Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Experience processing customer orders in an ERP system

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel

Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP experience

Experience working with inventory, shipping, freight, or distribution environments

Familiarity with invoicing, credit memos, and order management processes
