Job Description:

This is an non-exempt level position.

Position Summary:

Coordinators at ADM have proven ability to execute a variety of general accounting support tasks, including verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable, inventory), and compiling data to prepare a variety of reports. Clerks have no direct supervisory responsibilities. The coordinator in this position will be mainly responsible for filing tonnage tax returns.

Job Responsibilities:

File Tonnage tax returns and Miscellaneous Business License/Returns

Special projects as assigned by manager

Utilize ADM systems effectively and efficiently to accomplish assigned tasks

Required Skills:

Demonstrates good judgment, poise, and maturity in interactions with others

Does whatever can to help the team when there is a sudden spike in the workload

Shares resources and otherwise serves as an active, helpful team player

Keeps others informed and up to date about the progress and status of work

Monitors progress towards goals and shares with the manager any challenges expected in completing assigned tasks

Double-checks the work for mistakes

Education Requirements:

High School diploma required

College classes (specifically accounting), a plus

Required Experience:

2-3 years of accounting/reconciliation experience a plus

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$34,900.00 - $65,500.00
