JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Location: 111 W. Michigan St., Milwaukee, WI 53203 Job Title: Demand Planner Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks a Demand Planner in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to analyze and address supply chain operations. Forecast consumer demand. Analyze production and inventory levels and predict demand fluctuations to avoid both surplus and insufficient inventory. Use tools including ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI) to support forecasting, sales, and overall demand planning as part of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes. Promote uninterrupted delivery to customers, minimal downtime, and sufficient notification of supply base and operational teams. Strategize and develop long-term planning approach for regions and businesses covering simplification and standardization of forecasting. Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to ensure an accurate sales forecast at the revenue, product family, and SKU level while minimizing excess and aged finished goods inventory. Drive monthly SIOP and sales pace processes between the plants, sales teams, and product management to ensure predictable execution of the monthly sales plan. Inform purchasing strategies and manufacturing plans. Prepare and document materials that allow Finance teams to align resources and prepare division conciliation. Monitor KPIs and PPIs to ensure the business and the process are delivering stated objectives. Annual salary: \$94,661-\$114,400/year Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive supply chain experience. Must have at least 5 years of experience in each of the following: 1. Forecasting consumer demand; 2. Analyzing production and inventory levels and predicting demand fluctuations to avoid both surplus and insufficient inventory; 3.
