I. Job Summary

Under general direction, provides timely response of customer inquiries up to and including pick-ups, billing (WAWF), payments, product orders, etc., and all other aspects of a customer's needs. Grow new and secured base business through service level upgrades and expanded product offerings for assigned Accounts. Assists with projects from management and oversees the servicing and relationship management of Federal, State, Local Government, and National Broker customers.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answers and processes assigned government and national broker customer inquiries received via telephone, email, and mail. Including but not limited to: contract terms and conditions, pricing concerns, modifications, new orders, pickups, etc.

Assist in routing and reviewing government bids and contracts, i.e., forward to appropriate party, assist in completing paperwork, provide necessary follow-up, etc.

Maintain government and national broker customer contract and ensure all additions, changes, etc. are current within the billing system

Works with the Corporate Accounts Manager and Contract Admin on pricing updates. Works with appropriate Inter-Departmental contracts to prepare and distribute invoices and collections for assigned customers. Calls/contacts customers, when necessary, regarding outstanding balances

Provide regular customer follow-up to ensure needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner

Understand and maintain pricing for all assigned and new Corporate Accounts and implement Corporate Agreements that are consistent with WMHS's financial objectives. Ensures that additions, changes, and deletions to all customer information is correctly updated within the billing systems. Coordinates departmental price adjustments, contract renewals, and notice of change, updates and tracking, as appropriate. Uploads contract data onto public drive when necessary

Provide feedback to management on ways to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of servicing customer's needs

Support special projects required for servicing customers and WMHS business

Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating excellent customer service and phone skills

3 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service environment, or the equivalent in related work experience

Pay: The expected base pay range for this remote position is $20.24 - $23.56. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

Office: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
