Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Cudahy, California. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can keep administrative tasks organized, communicate professionally with callers and visitors, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will bring strong coordination skills, a service-focused approach, and the ability to handle a fast-paced office environment with efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative support activities to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.

Respond to incoming phone calls professionally, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide clear information to callers.

Welcome visitors and handle front desk responsibilities with a courteous and organized approach.

Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare, organize, and file documents so information is easy to access when needed.

Coordinate routine office tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and general clerical support.

Monitor administrative workflows and assist with process-related tasks as assigned by the team or leadership. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role.

Ability to manage inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Proficiency in general administrative office practices and clerical procedures.

Comfortable handling front desk responsibilities and interacting with visitors in a courteous and attentive manner.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
