RDC Warehouse Delivery Driver

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm As a RDC
Warehouse - Delivery Driver at Crescent Electric, you will be
responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and/or pick-up of goods
to specified locations. This includes safe operation of the vehicle,
vehicle maintenance, and loading/unloading trucks in an efficient
manner. In this role, you will also assist with picking and other
standard warehouse activities, as needed. Primary Duties: Drive company
trucks making prompt, on-schedule deliveries and pick-ups while
notifying management of any delays in the delivery schedule. Establish
familiarity with delivery routes and customers\' preferences. Load and
unload trucks in an accurate and efficient manner. Maintain vehicle
properly and perform daily pre and post trip inspections. Record damage
to vehicles, product, and/or equipment. Maintain a harmonious
relationship with co-workers and customers. Report and observe customer
problems and opportunities. Identify deficiencies and/or areas of
improvement in the delivery process and communicate them to management.
Utilize PC-based WMS to perform all warehouse activities; including, but
not limited to, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, cycle
count, inventory, and outbound processing audits, as needed. Skills:
Ability to utilize, or learn to use, all necessary computer software.
Ability to utilize, or learn to use, all necessary industrial equipment.
Apply strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and
teamwork skills. Ability to use strong attention to detail, and
organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently and meet minimum
productivity standards. Ability to be reliable, open to change, and
adaptable. Ability to understand and follow general and/or written
instructions. Ability to perform basic mathematics and arithmetic.
Ability to use contemporary merchandise processing equipment, such as
hand-held scanners. Ability to use warehouse equipment and inventory
systems. Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older. High school
diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Valid driver\'s license. Current medical certification card
and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a medical certification card.
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification. Physical Demands:
Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping. Occasional
sitting, talking/hearing. The use of hands/fingers are often needed.
Ability to and comfort with working at heights of up to 28 ft. using
