purpose. We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Assistant Manager who will
drive theatre operations by leading with example, delivering exceptional
guest service, and motivating staff in a fast-paced, clean, and safe
environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and
achieving financial goals. Located in Sturtevant, WI, Renaissance Cinema
is a 13-screen theatre that features both UltraScreen and SuperScreen
auditoriums, plus Take Five Lounge and Zaffiro\'s Express. This theatre
combines innovative movie presentation technology, exceptional
hospitality, and a commitment to guest satisfaction to create memorable

friends And much more! What we are looking for: Must be at least 18
years old with supervisory experience in a high-volume theatre, cinema,
retail, or hospitality setting. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and
written communication skills. Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and
software to meet evolving industry demands. Flexible availability
including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to remain calm and
effective under pressure. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; work involves
standing, walking, and occasional sitting. Ability to obtain food
handling licenses as required by local/state laws. High school diploma
or equivalent required; business or marketing coursework preferred. What
you will be doing: Lead daily theatre operations including staffing,
scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures. Train, coach,
and develop associates while fostering a positive and service-driven
environment. Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following
and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of
maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
