Hotel is seeking a talented Pastry Cook II to join our culinary team and
contribute to memorable dining experiences across our restaurants,

gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received
AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years. What you
will be doing Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of pastries, desserts,
breads, cakes, cookies, and specialty items while ensuring adherence to
established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Assist in pastry production for hotel restaurants, banquets, catering
events, room service, and special functions while ensuring timely
execution. Support daily pastry operations by assisting with inventory
management, product preparation planning, and training or mentoring team
members. Maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, taste,
and appearance for all pastry products served throughout the hotel,
proactively identifying and correcting issues when necessary. Follow
proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a
clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with the culinary team
to support menu offerings, special events, and seasonal pastry creations
that enhance the guest experience. Position Requirements High school
diploma or equivalent required; Culinary or Pastry Arts
degree/certificate or formal training preferred. Minimum two (2) years
of pastry, baking, or culinary experience required; hotel or upscale
dining experience preferred. Knowledge of advanced baking techniques,
dessert preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards. Ability to
work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends,
and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive
motions, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. What\'s in it for you
