Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the New Haven area to represent Constellation Energy (https://www.constellation.com/) - the nation's largest producer of carbon-free energy, powering millions of homes and businesses across the country.

No sales experience required. Paid training provided.

This is in-person, B2B field sales: you'll work your own territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and show them how a fixed-rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates. Full-time W-2 with guaranteed base pay - your income grows with your performance, with no ceiling.

What Your Day Looks Like

Work an assigned territory in the greater New Haven, visiting local businesses in person

Engage with owners and decision makers about the benefits of deregulated energy while locking in fixed energy rates with Constellation Energy for both electric and natural gas utilities

Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business

Track your pipeline with coaching and support from a local sales manager

What You Need

Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Comfort starting face-to-face conversations with business owners

Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance

18 years or older, able to work full-time in the New Haven and surrounding area

No sales experience needed - our paid training program teaches you the rest

Pay and Benefits

Guaranteed base pay + uncapped commission, paid bi-weekly

On-target earnings $75,000-$100,000+

Retention Bonus: $1,000 milestone bonus paid out after marks in tenure
