Description

We are seeking Digital Marketing Specialists for ongoing and future opportunities in the Charlotte, NC market. Candidates should have experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, managing digital content, analyzing campaign performance, and helping drive customer engagement and overall marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

Manage and update digital content across marketing platforms.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance.

Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization.

Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, content, and digital assets.

Collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, sales, and other internal teams.

Assist with audience targeting, campaign testing, and performance optimization.

Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

2+ years of digital marketing or related marketing experience.

Experience executing and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience working with marketing data, reporting, and performance metrics.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Tools & Technology

Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, WordPress/AEM, SEMrush, Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.

Experience with comparable digital marketing, analytics, CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms is also valued.
