Description We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support a fast-paced healthcare environment in Bellevue, Washington. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a patient-focused approach, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will help create a smooth experience for patients by managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with front-end coordination throughout the care process.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient visits by arranging, confirming, and updating appointment schedules to support efficient daily operations.

Welcome and assist patients during check-in, helping ensure accurate information is collected and questions are addressed professionally.

Maintain and update medical records with a high level of accuracy while following privacy and documentation standards.

Communicate with patients regarding scheduling changes, visit preparation, and general appointment-related needs.

Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to keep patient flow organized and support timely service delivery.

Review patient information for completeness and help resolve routine issues related to registration or appointment details. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in a patient care coordination, medical office, or similar healthcare support role.

Demonstrated ability to manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination in a busy setting.

Experience handling patient medical records with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist patients in a courteous and detail-focused manner.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain a dependable workflow.

Proficiency with standard office systems and healthcare administrative processes. TalentMatch®
