Provide medically prescribed therapy services using professionally accepted Physical Therapy theory and skills.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License.

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

For Autism/Children's Center: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

All Other Departments: Adult rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's Degree in Or higher in Physical Therapy.

Use of electronic medical records.

Physical therapy experience in clinical setting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
