Our client, a successful law firm, is seeking an Office Assistant to support the Office Manager with daily operations in their office. This position plays an important role in keeping administrative workflows running smoothly by assisting with front desk coverage, document handling, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate is attentive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a detail-oriented legal environment.

Role: Office Administrative Assistant

Location: Wellesley, MA

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience) + great benefits

Schedule: In Office M-F

Responsibilities:

Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely and organized manner.

Perform copying, scanning, printing, and document preparation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Welcome, greet, and direct clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Monitor office supply and marketing collateral inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.

Confirm client appointments and assist with coordinating and maintaining accurate schedules.

Coordinate and organize firm lunches, meetings, and office events.

Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and assist with day-to-day office operations.

Support special projects and perform additional administrative and general office duties as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a professional office environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach when interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
