Advertising/Posting Title VCHIP Project Coordinator

Posting Summary

Provide administrative assistance in support of the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program ( VCHIP ) including project scheduling, data management functions, tracking project performance (e.g., number of trainings, participant feedback), keeping minutes, ordering/maintaining training supplies, processing expenses, maintenance of data tracking database, coordination of outreach and educational activities around project specific conferences and training, participation in quality improvement activities, and other related duties. Work under general guidance, initiate responses to problem resolution, and adhere to confidentiality and guidelines for ethical human subject research.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Associate's degree in related field and two to three years of related experience in academic, health care, or human/social services field required.

Proficiency with software applications used to support office functions, including spreadsheets and Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage diverse projects simultaneously.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and self-motivation.

Positive, proactive and personable team player.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience in health care settings and working in interdisciplinary group settings is highly desirable.

Desirable Qualifications

Anticipated Pay Range $24.50 - $27.20 hr

Other Information

Special Conditions A probationary period may be required, Contingent on continued funding, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
