Description We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Leominster, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping records accurate, coordinating routine administrative processes, and providing dependable support across multiple functions. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with data tracking, and the ability to manage clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records for onsite training activities, keep employee rosters current, and prepare status reports when requested.

Upload, organize, and retain daily preventive maintenance checklist documentation for easy reference and compliance tracking.

Monitor weekly audit activity, provide administrative follow-up, and help ensure required actions are completed on schedule.

Support the administration of workers' compensation cases under the guidance of the HR Manager, including record maintenance and process coordination.

Assist with securing contract staff by submitting requests and communicating with staffing agencies regarding placement needs.

Keep vacation and sick leave records up to date to help maintain accurate attendance and time-off tracking.

Update lockout/tagout information in maintenance records and ensure related binder documentation remains current and properly filed.

Provide general administrative support, including data entry, phone coverage, and front-office assistance as needed. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role.

Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage documentation, trackers, and reports in an organized and timely manner.

Comfortable handling inbound calls and supporting general front-desk or office activities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external staffing partners.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow established procedures consistently.

Experience using standard office software and administrative systems to maintain records and generate reports. TalentMatch®
