Marketing Administrator

Location: Irvine, CA (On-Site)

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support proposal development, business development tracking, and marketing operations within a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor bid opportunities and coordinate proposal activities

Format, edit, and proofread proposal documents

Maintain marketing materials, reference documents, and databases

Track industry events, certifications, and key deadlines

Manage CRM data and reporting

Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of marketing, proposal coordination, or related experience

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign

Excellent organization, proofreading, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently

Preferred

Experience with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, or public-sector procurement processes

Experience with CRM systems

Background in architecture, engineering, construction, or other professional services industries
