Job Summary
Church and Dwight is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for building and scaling Touchland's affiliate strategy across ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Channel Owner who manages the DTC, TikTok Shop, and Amazon P&Ls.
About the Role
You will own affiliate programming end-to-end - recruitment, activation, and performance - within those channels, and are accountable for affiliate's contribution to each channel's sales targets. You do not own the channels themselves; you own the affiliate lever inside them, working closely with the Channel Owner and cross-functional teams to drive GMV and brand awareness through creator and affiliate partnerships.
Work Environment:
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ or New York City and requires in- person attendance.
Ewing, NJ requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
NYC requires in- person attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, with remote work options on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Development & Management
Build and execute a US affiliate strategy across ShopMy/LTK, TikTok Shop, and Amazon, owning the affiliate lever within each channel and accountable for affiliate's % contribution to each channel's sales targets, as set by the Channel Owner.
Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners and creators whose audience and content align with Touchland's brand.
Set and manage commission structures, performance goals, and affiliate agreements within approved guidelines.
Manage affiliate platforms and tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting and attribution.
Prioritize partnerships that drive incremental, new-customer demand over discount-driven or last-click-only affiliate activity that skims existing demand.
Community Building & Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners through regular, proactive communication.
Educate affiliates on Touchland products, brand voice, and best practices for effective content and selling.
Support tiered incentive programs and partner activations to drive engagement and retention.
Convert creators and content partners into consistent, high-performing affiliates through targeted outreach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Channel Owner to align affiliate targets, pacing, and priorities with each channel's overall sales plan.
Partner closely with the organic creator/influencer team to ensure a holistic, non-duplicative approach to creator management across paid affiliate and organic relationships.
Partner with brand, social, and PR teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and launches.
Partner with Enterprise Digital, Social & Influencer Director to cascade learnings and best practices to wider organization
Partner with Consumer Relations to ensure Shop Health remains strong
Work with the brand and influencer teams to develop artifacts and toolkits that equip affiliates to sell effectively.
Partner with the brand and influencer teams to execute best-in-class virtual and physical events that drive GMV.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track affiliate performance across channels; report on GMV, ROI, and program health, prioritizing incremental new-customer revenue and conversion quality over vanity metrics like impressions or follower count.
Maintain clean attribution hygiene across affiliate links, codes, and UTMs so performance reporting reflects true incrementality rather than just last-click credit.
Use performance data to identify top-performing affiliates, content @types, and channels, and reallocate focus accordingly.
Support forecasting of affiliate-driven revenue and monitor budget/commission spend against plan.
Partner with social/creative teams to flag high-performing affiliate content that could be whitelisted or repurposed as paid creative.
Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure affiliate activity complies with Touchland policies, FTC disclosure requirements, and platform-specific guidelines.
Monitor affiliate content for compliance and brand safety, flagging issues as needed.
Market & Trend Awareness
Track affiliate marketing trends and competitor programs across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and creator commerce platforms.
Bring forward recommendations to keep Touchland's affiliate strategy competitive.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator/influencer marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within DTC or CPG.
Hands-on experience managing affiliate or creator programs on at least one of: ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or Amazon Associates/Influencer Program.
Comfortable working with e-commerce and affiliate analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, platform-native dashboards).
Working knowledge of attribution mechanics (affiliate links, discount codes, UTMs, landing pages) and a clear sense of the difference between incremental revenue and last-click credit.
A brand-first orientation - comfortable prioritizing partnerships that build genuine, incremental demand over coupon- or discount-driven tactics.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to manage a high volume of affiliate relationships independently.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into action, focused on GMV, conversion, and customer quality over vanity metrics.
Highly organized self-starter comfortable owning a program end-to-end without a team beneath them.
Expertise in beauty or personal care is required.
Experience working directly with creators, UGC programs, or brand partnerships is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,900-$157,900. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.?
