Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
Apply deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve business processes.
Analyze recurring problems and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of work experience
Advanced proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting
Role requires onsite client work 3 days per week in Charlotte NC
Associates degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in C sharp Programming Language, MySQL, Apache Hive, and Teradata Database
Advanced proficiency in C plus Programming Language
