Title: Coordinator / Assembly Team Lead- 1st Shift

You will be based in Kinston, NC.

Your main tasks:

Duties and responsibilities of an Assembly Team Leader include but are not limited to the following:

Provides support throughout the Assembly department in producing the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Assists supervisor in training of associates and follow-up of quality-related issues.

Backfills for absenteeism.

Pull material (picks) for assembly line changeovers.

Determine changeover material shortages and communicate with appropriate

personnel.

Oversee production of line.

Qualifications:

Be able to communicate in English clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.

Experience with written and communication skills

2+ years of Electrolux assembly experience

Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift-up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

High School Diploma or GED required.
