Aboutthe Role:

Asa CBRE Warehouse Associate, you'll assist with the coordination of shipping andreceiving tasks.

Thisjob is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizingthe effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.

WhatYou'll Do:

Preparedocuments and shipping orders. Pack, seal, and label materials for shippingusing the most cost-effective method of shipping.

Pullmaterials from stock per the bill of materials.

Examinecontents and compare with records to verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments.Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages anddiscrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposes.

Contactcarrier representative to plan and to issue instructions for shipping anddelivery of materials.

Requisitionand store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Keeprecords on the use and damage of stock or stock handling equipment.

Workclosely with customers, subcontractors, engineers, designers, project managers,sales, shipping and receiving and panel shop to help Operations facilitateon-time and on-budget projects.

Impactown team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.

Suggestimprovements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency ofthe team.

Receiveand inspect deliveries before adding to inventory stock.

WhatYou'll Need:

HighSchool Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience preferred.

Physicalrequirements include stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of aminimum of 50 lbs.

Acomprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, andconcepts within own job function is required.

Abilityto evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise andlogical way.

In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

Advancedorganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Advancedmath skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages,discounts, and markups.

Travelrequirement is minimal.
