Job Summary
Bon Appétit is seeking a Marketing & Experience Director to help bring our brand to life at, one of our premier corporate dining accounts. In this role, you'll be the creative and strategic force behind the customer experience - partnering closely with our Image + Style team and on-site field teams to craft brand moments that delight guests, deepen client relationships, and drive participation and revenue. This is a remote-based position with quarterly travel to portfolio client sites.
What You'll Do
Implement and uphold programming standards, marketing storytelling, and small business partnerships, while coordinating a consistent employee experience across multiple sites
Own retail look, brand management, communications, and food & beverage experiences - maintaining Bon Appétit's standard of excellence and accuracy at every location
Create and collaborate on client-facing materials, including decks, lookbooks, and guides
Partner creatively with the Image + Style team to design experiences that boost satisfaction, participation, and revenue
Use our activation toolkit to lead most efforts, and manage small-scale design projects with our design team for account-specific needs
Support field teams on-site for brand activations, client needs, and account openings
Proactively recommend fresh, retention-driving customer experience ideas
Develop new strategies to promote existing and new locations, enhancing sales and satisfaction
Activate our brand internally through people programs and externally through signature customer experience initiatives (WOWS)
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with a foundational knowledge of culinary trends and an interest in sustainability
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism preferred
5+ years of marketing, communications, or PR experience - agency-side or in-house within restaurants or foodservice
A proactive, assertive mindset with a track record of spotting and capturing growth opportunities, plus strong creative and strategic thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, and WordPress; design process experience is a plus
Excellent writing skills, with sharp grammar and attention to detail
A highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives with minimal supervision and delivers excellence independently
Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking skills, with confidence engaging directly with clients
