The Opportunity

As a Pricing and Revenue Consulting Senior Manager - Consumer Markets Sector, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, professional knowledge, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.

In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting team, focusing on customer-related strategies and initiatives within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. You will work closely with clients to enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your skills and evolve your professional knowledge, staying relevant in the ever-changing landscape of customer pricing and profitability.

Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies to optimize client profitability and maximize customer value

Analyzing market trends and pricing models to provide strategic insights and recommendations for revenue growth

Guiding teams in the execution of customer-centric solutions that enhance client experiences and drive business growth

Utilizing analytical thinking and pricing software to conduct comprehensive price and performance analysis

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for profitable growth and resource management

Directing the team through complex projects, demonstrating composure in challenging and uncertain situations

Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and internal teams

Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to refine strategies

Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams

Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within pricing and revenue management

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 7 years of experience

Utilizing pricing software and pricing strategy for consumer markets

Excelling in customer value maximization and profitability management

Leading business transformation initiatives with a focus on revenue maximization

Innovating pricing models and promotional pricing strategies

Developing and coaching high-performing teams in dynamic environments

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
