seat at the table for you. Lakeside Foods is seeking aService Desk
Specialist to provide first-level technical support to internal and
external users. This role serves as the primary point of contact for IT
support requests, helping diagnose and resolve technical issues while
delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive user
experience. This position will be based in our Weston, Oregon Facility.

family-owned company What You\'ll Do Serve as the first point of contact
for technical support requests via phone, email, chat, and the Service
Desk portal Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user access
issues Escalate issues requiring advanced technical support to the
appropriate IT teams Track, update, and resolve incidents and service
requests through the ticketing system Follow up with users to ensure
complete resolution and satisfaction Maintain accurate documentation of
issues, resolutions, and support activities Create and update knowledge
base articles and support documentation Support employee onboarding and
offboarding, including hardware and software setup Assist with
continuous improvement initiatives and special IT projects Provide
occasional support at Lakeside Foods facilities as needed What You\'ll
Bring Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred Experience in a
service desk, help desk, technical support, or customer support role
preferred Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft
Office applications Basic networking knowledge ITIL certification is a
plus Skills & Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently Strong
organizational and time-management skills Ability to communicate
effectively with users of varying technical skill levels Self-motivated
with a strong work ethic Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
