want to go. The IT SPECIALIST will provide support, maintenance,
troubleshooting and improvements to the organization\'s total
infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, servers, software
and helpdesk functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Provides
helpdesk support as the primary escalation point for helpdesk and
provides execution support to the systems administrator as directed by
the IT Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
Assists with the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of security
standards such as CMMC, NIST across the entirety of the company\'s
infrastructure. Assists with the research, development and
implementation of standards and procedures across all company
infrastructure such as network, security, servers, end points, services
as well as productivity and collaboration software and tools. Works with
the Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day support and maintenance
of the company\'s infrastructure, including network components,
security, servers, cabling, SQL databases, document management systems,
ERP systems, information technology tools, endpoints, M365 cloud and
more. Provides support and hands-on assistance to staff, resolving
hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, permissions,
authentication, including helpdesk support and end-user training.
Utilizes the company\'s helpdesk systems for logging and documentation
of all helpdesk tickets, projects, tasks and change management.
Participates in operations and maintenance of managing day-to-day
operations of network file systems, end point security monitoring and
remediation. Maintain networks and network file systems, including
monitoring of LAN and endpoints for threats or errors. Assists in
maintaining and managing systems such as Windows OS, security tools,
