About the role

Southco is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist - Launches & Core Campaigns to join our Product Marketing team in Concordville, PA. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role is responsible for leading global product launches end-to-end - positioning, messaging, and cross-functional orchestration - while also representing Marketing at regional G0 Stage Gate reviews. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Industry Marketing, and Sales to execute 10+ product launches per year and keep promotional momentum going between launches across all 15 product families.

What you will be doing

Leading execution of 10+ product launches per year end-to-end, developing positioning and messaging and orchestrating cross-functional launch activities with Product Management, Sales, and Industry Marketing

Representing Marketing in regional G0 Stage Gate reviews, evaluating new product opportunities and ensuring launch readiness criteria are met before products advance in the pipeline

Managing always-on promotional campaigns across all 15 product families, building offer calendars and creative to sustain demand between major launches

Building and managing channel campaigns across social, search, and email in support of product launches and promotions

Tracking and analyzing launch and promotional campaign performance, reporting results to Global Product Marketing and recommending optimizations

By owning positioning and messaging for 10+ launches a year and keeping always-on campaigns running across all 15 product families, you'll ensure customers and sales teams always know what's new, why it matters, and how to act on it. Your presence at G0 Stage Gate reviews means you help decide which products are truly ready for market - protecting Southco's brand and customer experience before a single unit ships. And by building and continuously optimizing multi-channel campaigns, you'll directly influence how effectively Southco converts product innovation into commercial results.

About you

You're a marketer who's as comfortable building a launch plan as you are digging into campaign performance data. You bring:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent level of work experience

Proven experience leading product launches end-to-end, including positioning and messaging

2-3 years of experience in product marketing, campaign marketing, or launch marketing

Experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns across social, search, and email

Strong project management skills, with the ability to orchestrate cross-functional launch activities against firm deadlines

Familiarity with stage-gate or product lifecycle (PLC) processes is a plus

Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable working directly with Product Management, Sales, and Industry Marketing

Willingness to travel occasionally, no more than 25% of the time
