exposure to financial reporting, forecasting, tax and compliance
activities, subsidiary accounting, and business initiatives that

may include: Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal
entries and account reconciliations. Analyze financial performance and
prepare variance reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and
financial projection processes. Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts
and related reporting. Assist with audit preparation and annual
financial statement reviews. Support lease accounting and compliance
reporting. Prepare property tax filings, business licenses, and
governmental reports. Support tax compliance activities, including tax
schedules and related reporting. Collaborate with internal departments,
auditors, financial institutions, and external business partners.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting
efficiency. What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting. 3+
years of accounting experience preferred. Experience with financial
statement preparation, month-end close, and account reconciliations.
Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills. ERP
experience required; SAP experience preferred. Ability to manage
multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Why
