Customer Service Representative

Description

Duties:

o Order intake via phone/email

o Make sure products are in stock

o Contact purchasing or fabrication when necessary while searching for products

o Work with shipping dept. to ensure products have been delivered on time

o Data entry using alpha numeric system

o Handles 20+ calls per day

o Use Microsoft Dynamics AX or CRM software to search for products in database

Qualifications: 3+ years office experience, very detail oriented, self-starter, multitasker, able to work in a fast-paced environment, experienced with navigating compute programs

Preferred: Experience using Dynamic AX and Microsoft Office, construction office experience, bilingual Spanish
