Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the office support team, providing essential clerical and administrative functions that contribute to the smooth operation of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

What's the Job?

Support office manager with clerical paperwork and data entry tasks

Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally

Assist with customer orders and requests, ensuring timely processing

Check in drivers and customers, maintaining smooth operations

Manage local accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and vendor communication

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong proficiency in MS Office applications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment

Ability to work independently and manage demanding timelines

Prior experience in manufacturing or transportation is preferred
