Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 am- 4:00 pm

What's a typical day:

Supporting multiple team members and managing various requests.

Providing comprehensive communication and schedule management.

Handling office management duties, including filing, correspondence, and compiling information.

Coordinating notes and messaging for follow-up actions.

Maintaining SharePoint sites, contact/distribution lists, and drafting simple communications.

Utilizing communication systems such as voice mail, email, and distribution lists.

Preparing materials for meetings and arranging travel.

Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and entering/maintaining databases, records, and spreadsheets.

Communicating daily with business partners and arranging department member schedules.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a High School diploma or equivalent (required).

Have proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Demonstrate high integrity and respect for people in all interactions.

Are comfortable working in the EST time zone and starting your workday early.

Possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using SharePoint.
