As an unarmed Security Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, operate a vehicle as part of your assigned duties, monitor access points, and help maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible to help deter incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication. Fri11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.

Monitor access to restricted areas by verifying credentials, following visitor and contractor procedures, and reporting access-control concerns according to site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and promptly communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence in varying indoor and outdoor working conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
