Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a rapidly growing legal technology company seeking a VP of Sales to drive business development efforts within the personal injury market. This a fully remote role.

This position is ideal for a candidate with established relationships among plaintiff-side law firms and a proven track record of generating revenue, building client partnerships, and growing market presence. The ideal candidate will come from a legal technology, legal services, or personal injury law firm background and bring a deep understanding of the plaintiff-side legal landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives targeting personal injury law firms.

Leverage existing relationships within the plaintiff-side legal community to generate new business opportunities.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and close.

Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm decision-makers, including partners, firm administrators, and operational leaders.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client consultations.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and market trends.

Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and legal association meetings.

Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Track pipeline activity and sales performance through CRM systems.

What You Bring

Existing relationships and a strong professional network within the personal injury legal market.

Demonstrated success in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management.

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Self-motivated approach with a strong drive to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

Experience working with or selling to personal injury law firms.

Prior experience with legal technology, legal software, legal services, or legal operations is strongly preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation: Competitive base salary (anticipated range of $50,000-$60,000+, depending on experience) plus highly lucrative commission opportunities with significant earning potential.
