Summary:

Adena is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position supports the execution of marketing, communications, and business development initiatives across the Adena Family of Companies. This role is responsible for maintaining marketing collateral, coordinating internal and external communications, supporting proposal and pursuit efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across all company materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment.

Adena Corporation, established in 1964, is a nationally recognized General Contractor and industry leader in Industrial Services, Amusement Ride Installation, and Themed Entertainment. Our Industrial Services division provides critical support to manufacturing, food processing, utility, energy, and industrial facilities across the country. For over 50 years, our highly skilled teams have delivered multi-million-dollar projects nationwide, specializing in self perform trades. Primary Job Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications

Draft and schedule social media content for company and brand channels.

Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications, including the company newsletter (The Smoke Signal).

Support the development of press releases, employee announcements, project highlights, and other marketing content.

Coordinate photography, project updates, and content collection from operations teams.

Marketing Collateral & Business Development Support

Maintain and update project fact sheets, project profiles, and marketing collateral.

Update and manage employee resumes and qualifications documents for proposal submissions.

Assist with the preparation and organization of proposal materials and pursuit-related marketing assets.

Ensure all marketing materials align with Adena brand standards and messaging.

Database & Content Management

Maintain and update Retriever with current project information, employee resumes, project photography, and supporting content.

Organize and manage marketing files, templates, and digital assets.

Track and maintain project milestones and information for future marketing use.

Brand Management

Support implementation of branding initiatives across the Adena Family of Companies.

Create and edit marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, signage, and digital assets.

Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and quality across all communications.
