We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join a growing team in the Phoenix area. This individual will play a key role in transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurement.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify market trends, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and traditional channels, including email, paid media, social media, SEO, and web analytics.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign results.

Monitor customer acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.

Perform market research and competitive analysis to evaluate industry trends and customer behavior.

Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to define measurement strategies and reporting requirements.

Utilize data from various sources to identify actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.

Conduct A/B testing and evaluate campaign effectiveness to improve marketing performance.

Track and report on marketing ROI, attribution, and customer journey metrics.

Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms and systems.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, digital marketing, or a related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

Experience working with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.

Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign measurement, and marketing KPIs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar systems.

Experience analyzing customer lifecycle, segmentation, and attribution models.

Familiarity with predictive analytics, data modeling, or statistical analysis techniques.

Experience supporting B2B or B2C marketing functions.
