Mechanical Designer

Golden, CO

About the Role

We're looking for a Mechanical Designer to support large industrial projects in the Golden area. This role is a great fit for someone with electrical construction experience who enjoys both field work and design coordination.

You'll work closely with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to make sure electrical systems are designed accurately and installed successfully.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain electrical drawings using AutoCAD

Prepare drawing markups and construction packages

Coordinate with engineering and field teams throughout projects

Review designs for constructability and installation requirements

Incorporate field revisions and as-built changes into drawings

Help resolve design and construction issues as projects progress

Qualifications

Experience in electrical construction, electrical design, or project coordination

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

AutoCAD experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
